A Texas Comeback

December 10, 2019 | meals

I love to meal plan. Truly, it’s fun for me and I love making organization and care for my family combine here! So I thought, if I’m planning these anyway, I may as well share them here! Whether you need fresh meal inspiration or just an easy button to count on weekly - I’ll be here! Hope this blesses you, friend!

Buffalo Sloppy Joes: my all time favorite recipe forever and ever amen.

Marinated Chicken & Kale Salad: after all the travel and treats, a big green salad sounded so good. It kept in the fridge all week! (I used blue cheese bc it’s what I had on hand)

Chicken + Veg Bowls : this is actually my own recipe adapted from something I ate at Core Life awhile back. I'll drop the (very fancy Instagram story) recipe below :)

Pasta + Beef w kale salad leftovers
(For this we just cook pasta according to directions and add ground beef, turkey, or shredded chicken) We used the Truffle Alfredo sauce from Trader Joe’s but love the big pack of spaghetti sauce from Costco usually.

Sweet + Tangy Chicken w green beans: the chicken recipe is below! Here is our fave way to make green beans - boil water and steam green beans for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, sauté a little garlic in a medium heat skillet and add green beans. Squirt about 2-4 tbsp of of soy sauce into the pan. Stir and let simmer for a few minutes then serve!
