Some weeks I feel strong and prepared, other weeks I make my grocery list at 10pm on a Sunday and hope we can squeak by for breakfast Monday. Thankful for grocery pick up! But I think building this habit of a general meal planning carves that path in our brain and rhythms, so when the crazy weeks come we still have the habit built! I fell back on some basic staples I've made before, enjoy!

 

What we're eating this week:

 

Monday: Chicken, Veggies and Rice

Nothing fancy here, just grilled chicken, broccoli, and some rice!

 

Tuesday:  Burgers, Wedges, Broccoli
