This week I used my new cookbook I got for Christmas! “Cook Once Eat All Week…” sounds divine right? This concept of prepping isn’t new for many of you, but the cookbook honestly just takes the brain work out of it. Not sponsored, not an ad, I simply love it and will forever share things that simplify life.

The recipes we used were from Week 10
Paprika Lime Chicken
Pepper Steak Stir Fry
Philly Cheesesteak Loaded Fries (our fave!)
Gyro Salad
I also made:
Burrito Bowls
Ingredients:
Compile your favorite ingredients. We like:
Rice
Black Beans
Chicken or Ground Beef/Turkey
Lettuce
Salsa
Guac
Shredded Cheese
Tomatoes
Sauted peppers and onions when we're feeling fancy!
To make:
Cook rice.
In a skillet cook meat with some garlic. After meat is mostly cooked, add beans and heat through.
Pile all the ingredients in a bowl and chow down!
