You know the drill. It’s 6:30 pm, dinner is done, and you’re glancing at the clock wondering how to keep the humans calm til bedtime. Maybe it doesn’t go that way at your house, but these faves are wonderful regardless to calm all the things as the day winds down! 

 

 

IN THE DIFFUSER

Get that diffuser rolling as you finish up dinner or pile back in the house from the evening.

Any of these combos give off calming vibes:

Peace & Calming + Orange

Lemongrass + Lavender

White Angelica + Cedarwood

 

BATH TIME

Add a few drops of Lavender to a scoop of epsom salts, and toss in the bath water.

Even easier button and so fun to watch "disappear?" Stress Away or Lavender Bath Bombs

 

SIP IT GOOD

There's something calming about a nice hot drink. Hot toddies are my favorite lately - try a drop of Clove Vitality in with all the other goodness. Or make yourself a cup of hot tea with a splash of Thieves Vitality and big old spoonful of honey.

 

LINEN SPRAY

A good linen spray isn’t just calming, it feels fancy too.

In a glass spray bottle, combine 10 drops each:

Peace & Calming

Frankincense

Lavender

Top with a splash of witch hazel and fill with distilled water. 

Spritz sheets, pillows, or blankies & stuffed animals too!
